FLOCERT is an organisation I'd be proud to retire from—though I'm not planning on that anytime soon! The vibrant, multicultural work culture, which is both friendly and inspiring, makes every day enjoyable. The work-life balance is a standout feature, with a flexible model that lets me work partially from home – a huge advantage since I live out of state. I'm grateful to be part of such an amazing organisation and look forward to continuing my journey here.
