Description
- Job Share: full-time (38.5 hours per week) – fixed term contract for 12 months / project cover
- Location: FLOCERT GmbH Office in Bonn, Germany
- Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience
- Start date: 1st January 2025 or as soon as possible
- Fixed term contract: until 31st December 2025
Your responsibilities
- Provision of expert support on transaction reporting matters, e.g. subject related questions or technical problems escalated from the Customer Service Desk
- Oversight on the onboarding of new customers to the FLOCERT reporting tool
- Execute transaction reporting process and data quality control
- Follow-up with customers (email, phone, meeting) on missing reports and data inconsistencies
- Creation and maintenance of transaction reporting relevant tools & templates, incl. procedural guidance documents, communication templates, training material and tool user manuals
- Provision of trainings – webinars internally as well as to customers and stakeholders
- Liaison and alignment with internal / external parties as needed in the frame of the service operation
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Any professional (e.g. office-, trade-, merchant apprenticeship IHK) or academic education (e.g. B.A.)
- Business fluency in English, verbal and written
- Excellent verbal and written command in Spanish
- Good knowledge in any additional language such as French, Portuguese, German, Dutch and/or Italian would be an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Any previous experience in customer service or in conducting customer/user trainings is a nice to have
- Analytical skills, procedural thinking and distinct data affinity (comfort in working with numbers/bulks of data)
- Proficient Excel skills
- Confidence in working with IT tools
- Experience in working with databases (e.g. CRM, statistics etc.) or (IT) ticket systems would be advantageous
- Precise and efficient working style
- Customer service orientation and sense of business
- Flexible, pro-active, reliable personality
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in international trade and/or knowledge of agricultural product supply chains as well as technical product knowledge of coffee, cocoa, tea, sugar, fresh fruit, flowers, or cotton would be an add-on
- Experience in dealing with different cultures is an advantage
