Job Share: Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Salary: Salary Group IV of the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Your responsibilities
- Administrative support related to service scoping, contracting, and delivery
- Data management and maintenance in Salesforce
- Assistance in customer follow-up activities
- Internal and external communication support
- Preparation and documentation of certification and verification service offers based on input from Key Account Managers
- Maintain and monitor Salesforce records for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Invoice Requests, and Reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Follow-up communication with existing and past customers, including sending customer experience surveys and monitoring responses
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison for internal communication regarding Key Account Management activities
- Provide organisational and scheduling support for Key Account team activities and meetings
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in client-facing, commercial, or administrative roles (experience in the certification industry is a plus)
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Strong organisational and documentation skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with reliability and ownership
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (German or French would be an asset)
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to customer service and internal stakeholder support
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), project coordination or process documentation
