Job Share: Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience

Your responsibilities
- Proactively manage a set of customer accounts and develop trusted relationships across hierarchy levels
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, regularly review account performance
- Prepare certification and verification service offers: Scope new customer inquiries, draft project outlines, including deliverables, timelines, and price quote
- Lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms and deliverables
- Follow-up on account management processes to close deals and work jointly with other internal teams to deliver on customer expectations
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and cross-organisationally to design, develop, and constantly improve service solutions
- Support the optimisation of the strategic direction, structure and workflows of Account Management
- Facilitate workshops, business meetings and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of account performance, sales pipeline status, and contracts on Salesforce
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Min 3 years of related professional work experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as Account Management, Sales or Marketing (and preferably with experience in certification industry)
- University education the fields of Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Sales or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Cross-functional project management skills
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
- Good understanding of multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (German and/or French is a plus)
- Structured and organised approach to work
- Curious mindset and solution oriented
- A self-starter with a business acumen
- Strong dedication towards customer service
- Experience with project management and/or customer relationship management tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
