FLOCERT is a Great Place to Work

FLOCERT is one of the winners of this year’s Great Place to Work® competition, “Best Workplaces in North Rhine-Westphalia 2024”.

The award was given by Germany’s Great Place to Work® Institute to companies with particularly attractive and beneficial working conditions and a good and attractive corporate culture.

The basis for the assessment was an employee survey regarding central workplace aspects. In addition, a Culture Audit included an external analysis of the company’s human resource and cultural activities, and compared the results with companies of the same size in the same sector. While the award was based solely on feedback from our Bonn staff, it underscores the importance of FLOCERT’s corporate culture across its regional offices in Costa Rica, India, South Africa, United Kingdom, and the United States, who also participated in the survey. A noteworthy 90% of FLOCERT employees concur with the sentiment “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
