FLOCERT re-certified by audit berufundfamilie

FLOCERT has once again achieved the prestigious audit berufundfamilie certification, marking the sixth consecutive time the company has received this recognition. 

The audit berufundfamilie certification is a testament to FLOCERT´s long-standing commitment to family-friendly (including support for employees’ families, relatives, close friends, and even pets), equality and life-phase-conscious personnel policies. It serves as a quality seal for strategically designed compatibility policies that support its employees’ work-life balance.

FLOCERT first received this certification in 2009. Since then, it has successfully undergone five re-audits and recently completed the second dialogue procedure. This process, considered the “gold” standard, is available to employers who have maintained these policies for at least nine years. The dialogue procedure aims to sustain the high development standards in FLOCERT´s modern, flexible human resources policies and measures, as well as identify areas for further improvement.

FLOCERT´s current initiatives to support work-life balance include building a culture of trust, offering hybrid working arrangements, and providing ergonomic home office set-ups. Additionally, phase-appropriate employee development and efforts to strengthen the sense of community within the organisation are key focus areas.
