Licensing Body
The organisation that draws up and signs a licence contract with a Licensee.
In countries where a National Fairtrade Organisation (NFO) is located, the NFO serves as the Licensing Body. In non-NFO countries and in countries where there is a Fairtrade Marketing Organisation, Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International e.V. serves as the Licensing Body.
